Returns & Refunds

If a product is deemed faulty we reserve the right to look into each product in a case by case basis and take appropriate action.

We offer a refund on items which are not of a “custom” nature. Custom Signs products are non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or credit. Please contact us first before returning so we can discuss shipping method for return.

Custom products are non-returnable.

Custom made signs : Proper Signs cannot offer a refund on those items which are “custom”. Custom products are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. Once your purchase order has been processed and the product has been manufactured, it cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and undamaged.   

Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of delivery.
